Description

A slightly different view of the Hoover Dam. As we flew into Las Vegas, we flew over a small part of the dam. Luckily I had my camera handy and shot off a quick couple of shots through a very dirty airplane window. I managed to photoshop some of the grime out! :)) I love the contrast between the harsh landscape and blue water. Thank you for your very kind comments and favs on my upload "A Cute Little Fellow" of yesterday. I really appreciate your support. Stay well! Hugs Carin xx

Lake Mead. If Lake Mead keeps loosing water at the current rate, rationing is in the future. The water level of the lake is about 100-ft below max. And Nevada is wanting more and more of that water. I agree with you carin on the difference between the stark landscape and the water!

You were lucky to see all these great places, even though just passing over.
