Description

Captured 7/31/10, at the American Civil War Reenactment, held at the vast and beautiful El Dorado Park in beautiful Long Beach, California. Much better viewed full size. The officer standing to the left in fotos 3 & 4 is shouting "well, it's about time you guys showed up!" to the cavalry troopers as they ride up. Because I overdid my walking this morning, my back problems have flared up with a vengeance. I'm hanging in there this time, but any further photos/collages and comments I post will be intermittent for the foreseeable future. My favorite shot is the first one the horseman with his weapon drown looking and pointing it at the enemy,very cool, but the horses add wonderful action to each shot, an excellent work!
