My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!
If I’m missing from Renderosity from time to time, I’m busy having fun elsewhere.
Thanks for your interest in my work, and for stopping by to learn more about me!

Looks like the chorus is standing in the center there; what a lovely capture! You're selling your car???

Oh Tara, this is so beautiful. I love moss pictures, and this with the added bonus of raindrops is just gorgeous. And your title is perfect, and made me smile.

Well, Tara! this image should appeal to the mosses!

OMG!!!!!!!!!! Tara, this is beyond words!!! Just look at those water droplets!! This is fantastic (and it begs for a little Faerie to refresh herself). You are inspiring me to get my butt outta this chair and go do some shooting (once the weather gets its act together, that is...) Fantastic photo! LOL @ Faemike.... Appeal to the mosses, indeed! :-D

Looks like little raindrops have impaled themselves on tiny spears. The light and detail is wonderful. Archives often hold great treasures...this is one.

Brilliant title! I can hear The Chorous of the Hebrew Slaves as I look at it. I'll never look at moss the same again.

I have always loved the idea of an outdoor theatre and this conjures up everything I about it ... how sweet it is, BB

I recognize this. Its a performance of 'Light Up the Sky' by Moss Hart. I love this! Your outstanding macro makes us feel like we are in a forest.

I love this and it's mostly archive time for me too. I think in the past two months I've taken maybe 10 pictures! Oh well...at least you have beauties like this in your archives. I really need more moss shots. I got one (already posted) but I want more, especially of moss gone reproductive! I love the water beads on this and the sense of color is astoundingly rich. Nature is so colorful and all you really have to do is just look around. I love the way Nature gives you so much stuff for free like that! This is a perfect example! Wonderful! It's making a trip into my favorites!

This shot with the drops is fascinating me a lot. The way the points of the moss 'looking' upwards, it gives a very special dimension to this great photo. Great mood in this too. Tara!
