Ladies, ladies, ladies - let's not fight over all these bags - which one you might prefer to grab and sport on your arm tomorrow - because there are plenty to choose from, but ...
there always is a but ~
these ones are virtually too heavy to lift and NO - they are not filled with loot, but they are sculptures from the last Annual Currumbin Beach (Gold Coast) Exhibition - chiselled from different types of rock.
You may need to find yourself a bagman, to help you here, in order to show them off to their best advantage, hmm ... or a weightlifter !

Actually, here in the U.S. many women's bags are about this heavy. Impressive artwork. Reminds me of what Burt Reynolds once said, "I've always had my sh*t together, always! My problem was I could never lift it." I do love whimsy.

These are marvelous! I love the bottom left one. I've had some bags which felt like they were full of rocks. Stuff just seems to accumulate in them. You'd think it was procreating in there. Great images and wonderful exhibition!

I love these sculptures, and I love that you presented them one at a time, each in its own little square. I love the concept too---rocks as bags---and I love that each square has its own light and tone. Love the 6-some, and I'd love to see these in chicago. You capture very creative art for your gallery...
