Description

This is another old pic from Central Park in NYC. It was just after sunset by a set of steps between the Ramble and Hernshead.

Thank you for the comments. Jen, I agree. When I passed this the first time I didn't have a camera with me (lesson learned). It made me think of the old gothic novels or something like Wuthering Heights. When I went back and waited for the sun to go down (in 20 degree weather) I imagined these steps led to an old Dracula type castle, maybe they were the gate to a mystical garden, maybe they were the steps to a crumbled mansion. If anyone one wants to write a story, I would love to read it. :)
