I'm not sure what all to say about myself, I live in Ann Arbor, Michigan (USA) and work as a graphic designer/computer technician for a print shop. I have a BS in Historic Preservation, but wasn't willing to go on for a Master's Degree, nor was I interested in teaching, so I found another career. I discovered Bryce way back when version 1 came out, but I didn't really get serious about the program, or 3D art in general, until a few years ago. When I'm not in front of the computer, I'm either making costumes or wearing them to a renaissance festival, or building a new rock-sculpture, or possibly wandering with a camera.
When I'm not making something, odds are I'm reading from my far too wide range of interests: Astronomy, Cosmology, Physics, Archeology, Anthropology, History, Current Events, NASA (of course) and anything else that happens to catch my attention. It's really hard to find enough time to do all of the things I want to be doing! What drew me to Renderosity is the many excellent artists who continue to inspire me to push myself as an artist. More recently I've added a selection of stuff to another online gallery location:http://nefariousdro.deviantart.com/Â

This is very beautiful, is it really snow? In that case I maybe change my recent view of all the white stuff :-) The lighting is gorgeous!

Cool! No really, not just a pun. It must have been a challenge to get that photo to come out without overexposure.

Now, that is COOL! No pun intended, either! Being a photographer myself, I can see where getting the exposure just right on this would be a real challenge. Thank goodness for that streetlight! This is really a neat construct and photo, Mike! I'm sure Chip will get a kick out of it!

Looks like the spirits of the ancestors are illuminating the structure. Well done!

I finally got to see this! And I love it! LEDs are such fun and it's even more fun when you have the challenge of reflective snow and such! The lighting in this is really fantastic and nicely moody. This is excellent. Hmmm...this has many intriguing possibilities, especially with rock sculptures. Needless to say I love this! WOW! And yeah, it's quite cool in all of the best possible ways!

I like this a lot! Took me a second to realize it was a different shot of "Snowhenge". At first it reminded me of the Arctic cave where the aliens grew in The X-Files. Anyway, you did a great job here with the light, angle and essentially everything. Love this, and a nice dedication for Chip.
