That is NOT me in the picture!
Thanks for visiting my gallery! If you were redirected here from Culture Crunch, you will find the "alternate versions" of Didi and Kelly here, as well as a few prototypes, if you look hard enough.
Once upon a time, I thought to myself, "Wouldn't it be cool to make pictures of people on the computer?" Of course, at the time, I was thinking more along the lines of Max Headroom, but when Poser came out, I knew I had to have it. Yes, folks, I am one of the lucky few who has been using Poser since version 1!
Most people would agree that Poser 4 was the turning point, where it went from being a reference tool to a way to make real pictures (I won't say "real art") in its own right. Then came along someone named Victoria... And the rest is history!
Recently I've been getting into DAZ Studio quite a bit. I'm also trying to wrap my mind around LuxRender.

Great job. I use to have that same problem with Poser 8. It get so bad I eventually gave up on it. Poser Pro works so much better and it more stable.

LOL, nice one, and oh so true... especially at that age! The KNOW IT ALL - SEEN IT ALL age! One of the worse years of my life!!! So yeah, you're right on target!

Seriously? On my system P8 is one of the most stable applications. I love it. Never had a prob with crashes using the material tab. And I love this little story. Guess I'd turn around when my daughter voluntary tries to wash the car. Then something cannot be right... red alarm. Strange basket, though. And I miss a sponge. (Presumedly in the basket)

Man, this is SO funny! Dad hasn't got a clue. Perhaps he should check on the progress. I bet Kelly attracts a lot of attention just by washing the vehicle, but, in addition, the dress and make-up may contribute. What, you worry about the TOS? I've seen some quite questionable stuff on Renderosity, so this is definitely way within all bounds of decency and TOS! Keep up the good work! I love these little everyday situations. (Either you have kids yourself, or you get the stories from your neighborhood, or you have a fantastic imagination and knowledge of everyday psychology.) :-)

Clever story, though I would not have taken her for being fourteen, more like seventeen to twenty. In the end, it really depends upon who stays to watch the car washing show. If it's fourteen year old boys, well that's okay I suppose. If it's forty year old men... yuck! Good rendering though. I should tell some stories this way. Good thing I stayed with Poser 7.
