Description
So today my dad calls, he lives just across the road from me, and says "I think the bus just hit your car". I go out, sure enough...as you can see from the pictures, my car got hit. I am VERY thankful my daughter who had JUST been dropped off did not get hit. The bus turns around in my driveway, but today the slush and soft dirt made her spin and the bus jack-rabbited, or jumped off to the side, and gave my car a great big fat kiss. Hey I might as well laugh at it...my daughter is safe, I have good insurance, and it could have been a heck of allot worse! I took these pictures with my cell phone, because of course my cameras batteries were dead! LOL Life happens while your making other plans in my house, always!

the school should pay for your car not your insurance.they may raise your premium if you use yours.very good your daughter was not injured.cars can be replaced easily

Since your car was parked, the school should pay w/o a doubt. Report it to your insurance co with the insurance info from the buss.. Glad no one was hurt.

Well at least this was truly an accident, unlike an act of crass stupidity like the nutball that hooked a right turn out of the left lane right in front of me last year... Good that you have a sense of humor, Rose! Yeah, it could definitely have been a lot worse! Cars can always be fixed - a few parts, a new coat of paint, and it's all good! :-D Hugs, Rod

Glad your daughter is okay.. and you made a very nice collage, lol you can send it to the insurance company. I hit a mailbox once with my car and it took out the passenger side mirror not a cheap fix unfortunately but that is why we all pay them high insurance premiums I guess.

OH NO!!! What else can happen? That's all you needed! Really sorry to see what happened to your auto in these cellphone shots. And what did the bus driver say....se sa'ra sa'ra, whatever will be, will be? Oh well, happy that you and your daughter weren't physically affected. That would have been a real bummer. Bad enough to have dead camera batteries.

As I was the one the other plans were being made with at the time... this awful!! But, I'm so glad that Bek went the other way instead of coming straight home.. All will be fine.. Cars can be repaired.. Kids cannot and she is fine with great tales to tell at school now! :-) I must say for a mobile phone camera, these take good photos! A great collage Rosy..
