Description
To wit: There is a resounding end to everything. We may not always be sure of it or know the what and wherefores of it, but there is an end. For railroad cars, old and depleted it is the cutting torch at the end of a stub line. Once something proud and stately, perhaps even glamorous is finally condemned to sit its final days awaiting the ominous hissss then pop of the cutters torch. Piece by piece, section by section the cruelty of the torch cuts away at the what was once proud and stately conveyance reducing in a matter of hours or days into sizable rubble to only be transported to the final point of its existence at some blast furnace and reduced to molten metal and reformed into coils that are then transported to a facility where once again the ingenious minds of humans will devise, work and reshape it to become some useful device, conveyance or item that will serve our needs again until used up and once more relegated to the scrap heap of history to be be yet again reborn for new usage.....thanks for the peek...
