Description
Hi everyone,
Haven't uploaded any images recently, so here's a new render hot off the presses. This one is a boy and his bike. Or should I say, Superboy and his bike. First, I would like to personally thank BionicRooster for an excellent 1960's retro bike model available at the following link:
http://www.contentparadise.com/productDetails.aspx?id=17519
Beautifully detailed and equipped with spinning wheels, rotating petals, and adjustable seat and handlebars. It also comes with a smart prop baseball card and clothespin for that classical, nostalgic look. The bike comes with various color textures, from brand, spanking new to delapilated, rusty old. There is also enamel and metal flake style paint coating to complete the look.
For this render, I used Stonemason's The Backstreets urban set as the backdrop for the scene. Daz3D's Luke is the model of interest, completely decked out in his Thrashers-Skater Clothing, created by WillDupre & MAB and found also at DAZ. The T-Shirt design is my own. Luke is sporting the BillyHawk Hair style by Neftis3D, and the Alexander skin texture used was created by StephanieBT.
Bagginsbill VSSPR4 skin shaders, VSS Hair Prop, and Envsphere were used to enhance this scene. Rendered in PP2010 with IDL, 1 infinite light, tinted slightly yellow, and 1 specular light illuminate the stage. No postwork except a minor level adjustment and addition of the logo.
As usual, comments, good or bad, are always welcomed.

Nice POV and I like the nonchalance of his pose and expression. Wonderful render quality! Thank you for all the details concerning the process.

Splendid work, HBorre... for a number of reasons. Excellent composition, thoughtful use of the best technologies available to poser artists, great lighting and great detail work: but what I really love the best is your subject matter! No NVIATWAS! YAY! Top marks for this fine work!!

Kalypso said it all, great POV and good work on the "I'm too cool" pose and look. Excellent attention to detail!

very cool render. I am very surprised about such a good render with Luke. I used Luke hardly because of less textures, less clothing, ... He was a stepchild for DAZ
