Description

OK - the road is not that long but I thought it sounds cool for a title! While in San Francisco, Costa took us to the top of Twin Peaks around sunset. The view from there across SF and the whole bay area is just spectacular. This is the only image I made with the road included. Thank you for visiting and for your very welcome comments and favs on my upload "Land of Contrasts" of yesterday! Stay well. Hugs Carin xx

Couldn't they get any more houses and buildings to fit, if they get rid of what's left of the trees they could probably fit some more in. From that hill I could almost hit the river from there.

I also have a shot from Twin Peaks and it is a little different. I'll have to post it so we can see how different we thought and saw the moment. :-) I love the twist in the road on this one. You got the slow and the fast in one shot.

I did live there for two years and never got to see this view. But I wasn't carrying a camera around with me in the early 1970s either:) Like your composition very much.

Afraid I'm with geoffwoods on this! Its a excellent view and the road is certainly ..... something else! But hell! Apart from the name and a bridge, whats there apart from concrete? (That's what it seems from there anyway...) Parks? Green Spaces? Not for me, but worth the shot for sure. I'm a treehugging man! lol Rob

WOW!! What a super cool image! I love this! The wonderfully twisty road (that might possibly be featured in a car chase in the second Dirty Harry movie?)up high in the foreground and then the city itself sprawled out way down in the valley below. Amazing!!
