Description

Here is a view of the finished apartments nearby. If you have been following my series, then you have heard me lament how the new buildings resemble something more akin to Europe than China. Later, I hope to show close-ups of the paver's used to contain the grass or lawns. They use a hybrid grass resembling what is used on a golf course' greens, it doesn't get very tall, and the brick allows traffic, wheeled vehicles traffic is encouraged as a means to keep the grass from overrunning or getting too tall.

I agree with your thoughts about losing the Chinese identity in the buildings
