Mike had a funny remark (as always) about grass at the tramtracks.
Of course you have grass at the tram tracks !! There is a tram once every 15 minutes there.. would you have an ugly tram track the rest of the time to look at.. ?? That would be a waste of valuable 'space'.. and of course they have rail machines to keep the grass short.
Most tramtracks near the canals of The Hague are with grass and flowers. You want a nice city not a concrete one !
Had a nice 1 hour walk this morning (around 11) .. Sadly no sun.. but for april absolute not bad.

I've never seen grass on train tracks - except abandoned ones - lol It's crazy man, I tell ya - lol... what if your're out just walken on the grass and don't even notice those tracks and get splattered, tattered and shattered all over you pretty clean city - lol... Then it would just be another Clint Eastwood city painted red, is that what you want? LOL
