Description

'Things are tough all over'...... Sure, the future is bright and cheerful for those with the money. They can sit in their lofty towers, staring at their terabyte linked interactive holograms. Eat expensive anti-matter waffers wrapped in delicate gold foil, sip on only the cleaness imported power feeds. In a single snack, they eat a years wages of those less fortunate. On the other hand, for the cyborgs that have been marginalized by society, its a whole different picture. Here, they huddle around a old atomic forge for energy, stepping past the radioactive waste left behind since the 20th century. Some like the one on the right no longer have functioning anti-grav units; they must be towed around (at a cost) by the disembodied brains of ancient taxi drivers. Even the pets of those now long dead still wander the street, searching for scrapes of leftover energy cores. Just remember as you walk down a city street, there could be a cyborg less fortunate then you huddled in the allyway. Please be kind as you pass by and donate a credit token if at all possible. ************************ All modelled in Xfrog except the poser heads, some extruded text and a small amount of bryce metaballs for the radioactive waste. Emmanuelle from magnet (purchased) Chakira by Nikitacreed on the far right cyborg (free stuff section) Some use of the byrce fx volumetric package by GeorgeD Freebie Brain from another 3d mesh site (my skill isnt up to modelling one myself yet)

Good pic! I love the brains, and although I'm not sure I'd like to eat an anti-matter wafer I do like the story. ;)

Herein lays the groundwork for a new and exciting Sci-Fi TV series - or perhaps the framework for a great new movie filled with originality, freshness, humor, and thought provoking mental images of a future not too different than the present distinctive classes among society. The artwork is very well put together, with seamless integration, and flawless skill. Kudos Pmoores!
