Description

This sign is in an area where many tourists shop. It was in a small park surrounded by four streets. This was taken on February 12th, only 38 days into 2011. We looked both ways – twice! Thanks for stopping by, taking a look and for all your previous favs and comments. They are very much appreciated. Dana

Just a small part of the 1.2 million people who die on the worlds roads every year. Tragic since it's completely preventable.

We have signs similar to these round here on the roads, we always say they could cause more accidents as motorists read them!!!!

Very impressive sign on display, Dana, a reminder to the natives and tourists to look both ways. And, one death is a tragedy; several hundred a statistic.

A good photoshot my friend, they must have more of those sign's to tell people to look out before they walking over.....I can remember my one accident last year, but that was not my one fault, that was the person from the car who drove the car that hit me....but still many people dont look out.

Yeah its easy when you are on vacation to be distracted and not paying attention so kudos to the Kiwanis Club for putting the sign up.
