Description
This is just one tiny part of The Museum of Melbourne's vast geological collection. At first, I know, a museum full of rocks doesn't sound very exciting. But honestly some of the exhibits are breathtaking. I have taken hundreds of macro shots showing each piece in high definition, so if you guys are interested I will post more!

This rocks!! Ok, no way could I not say that!! But, yeah, there's a little place like this not far from me and I love wandering around looking at the amazing rocks and crystals. Mother Nature sure comes up with some beauties!!

OMG Andrew - an amazing shot! I could spend all day studying just this wall. Bring on the macros. Well not everybody is as crazy as me so maybe spread them around a bit. :>) Dana
