Description
Another drawing experiment, this time "toonifying" to of my staple characters. (Names?) Here we can see the gimmick... The Asian one is drawn differently.
Poser is still under the hood because drawing is not a skill I have. But, I've been trying something different - a layer of abstraction so it doesn't look so Poser-like! I've been printing out the dolls and then going over it with tracing paper and a pencil, then bringing it back into the computer. And yes, although my figure drawing is quite poor, I have graduated to drawing their clothes at least.
Still learning! Please, tell me what is wrong with this picture!!

very good work it is interesting that your renders are jpegs and your drawings are gifs

I find that with images with mostly flat colors, GIF looks better AND has a smaller file size. For full-color renderings, the JPEG is smaller and better.
