Description

Thank you for stopping for a closer look. Any and all comments are welcome and appreciated. While watching the large ice chunks slam into each other from our sun room window it is hard not be amazed at the awesome power of the water. These large ice chunks slam into each other with enourmous force and deafening noise. I know it would be sucide to ever be anywhere close to these as they are moving, but I noticed both the cats looking out the window with great interest at the roaring river. So I decided to get a good shot of some of the ice breakup while its jambed and photoshop the cats onto it just to see them go for a ride, added Misty too just because the cats would love to have their canine buddy on such an adventure. Have a great weekend. Jim Yesterday's Image: thumb_2191441.jpg

Great job!! It is a awesome sight when the ice breaks up alright. You really captured this so well. I really like the way you posed our cats and our belated dog on the ice. They all look like they are having such a good ride. Awesome job Jim. Love and Hugs.

They don't realise what a hairy journey they are in for, just as well they are good swimmers. Excellent work with this capture and those bits of ice are really huge.

I hadn't thought about the noise but it would be loud. I have seen glaciers calving and falling into the ocean, and it is so loud you can feel it in your chest. You should start doing poser work, Jim. You have them all placed so that it looks like they are really there. Great idea; knowing the curiosity of cats, I hope they don't try it out.
