Description

The few birds I saw at the Arcata Marsh were not about to come flocking around me looking for handouts. They didn't want anything to do with us humans. Even when I found some they were safely out of reach, usually with a body of water between us. Using the 70-400mm lense again I was able to capture this young couple taking junior out for a paddle.

I just had to zoom-in on the expression of this little quack, which is just so amusing or horrified, discovering your camera and is ready to flee the scene ... us humans would call this duck parade - going for a Sunday drive ... charming composition, Mark BB
