Description
This is what I woke up to this morning! It was still falling at 9:30 am Eastern time, but finally started to seriously melt around noon. It's now after 2 eastern time and the stuff is still there. Spring is my favoritest time of the year! Yup.

This is the shot I always wanted to capture, but never could. You did wonderfully. The colors say spring and the snow is perfectly exposed. The composition is delightful. What a great shot.

Oh yeah, hooray. I'll curb my enthusiasm, heh heh. We had over 4 feet of snow this winter (since Jan), and it's STILL melting. I'll believe in spring when I actually see some evidence lol.

I don't evny you, but then we've had record breaking months of rain and cloudy skies along with cold but not freezing temps. I'm really wondering if Spring is just a myth

Oh, I LOOOVE this! Took the words right out of my mouth! About 10 days ago it got up to 86 and all the flowers, trees, ETC started to bud. And now we have snow and temps in the 30s. Yes, I just LOVE spring in the Midwest, aint it grand? This shot brilliantly captures the maddening unpredictability of it all and why it is that I've had a head cold for the entire 35 years I've lived in this part of the country! Great shot!
