Description
The last two days I've seen this figure that I just had to have. Nursoda makes it. It's called Hartmut, it's an add on (didn't know) to Hein (so I had to get that too).
anyway, at first glance, I thought of JOHN DENVER, A favorite Musician of mine and probably ANYONE who's heard his music... some funny things are, Colorado just yesterday Inducted him into the Colorado MUSIC HALL OF FAME - it's shocking, cause I didn't know there was one and two, if it was around when he was alive, he should of been the first one in.... The other thing about this character is he looks real close to a comic character I use to draw over 20 years ago called DUDE. Dude & Brawler were the Stars of my strip called VOLLEY BRAWL. I did get paid for it and it ran in a newspaper for about a year until I got fed up with trying to get my money - which wasn't much.
I've been looking for a character built like this and I hope I can make it look like my old strip, cause I would like to get back into that too.

take me home country road. funny thing is ute hated hein when seeing hein first time she does not like garden dwarfs either,usually she walks around at night through the garden with a little silver hammer and smashes the garden dwarfs. this morning she saw hartmut and shouted i want him i want him. i explained to her that she needs hein to use hartmut. now i am going to buy them with the easter discount voucher and i will add zwen as well to have enough possibilities. i think the little creep will fit in with the she-orkzz and the gobzz. and of course ute and me where humming (we cant sing im afraid grin)the song and it felt good. and also seeing the works here the more strong my conviction that this hein is a great character.lets make him popular.

AWESOME mIKE, i LOVE jOHN dENVER. OOOO SWANNY, sorry bout the funky typos, not going to back up and change it lol.. I use to sing that to my kids when they were babies cus they would not go to sleep on rock a bye baby, who would when that cradle falls lol, duh!! love this Mike,, you did great... Isn't is sad that to get into any kind of hall of fame these days you practically have to be dead or just plain dead to get in...John Denver was one of those artists that made you wonder had he not died what kind of music would he be singing today.I admit and not embarrassed to say that I have a few of his CD's and that his music was soothing and most pleasant to listen to and still is today. Nice Caricature Art...

Same here with me Mike, I instantly thought of John Denver too when I first saw this character in the RMP. Must be intentional. The Vendor did a great job of it if so. Yup, the late JD made some great music alright. Don't think I have heard one song by him I can say I didn't care for. Seems nobody can quote the lyrics past "West Virginia"? As I recall it was: Mountain momma... Take me home... Country roads Nice image and dedication Mike.
