We know its a hideous disease that cripples people in the most debilitating of ways, robes them of their dignity as people and reduces them to former shadows of them selves. It's a cruel fate we meet and don't ask for and do not understand. We try to and spend time and money on it to come to grasps with it, but like the silent robber it is, as it eludes our efforts and continues rampant among us. Perhaps the day will come where it like other human diseases will be eradicated hopefully or at best held at bay until a cure can be found and used.
