Description

I do not take that many photos of flowers. I do not know why. It just the way it is! I stop sometimes and smell them but not ofter. I watch the bees fly on them sometimes and try to get a shot of them but they most the time out of focus and the flower is sharp. Oh well, that life. Here one I like the looks of and the color I like too. I was going to get more shots of them but the clouds came in and the wind blowing hard and that been going on for a week. it did not rain in till last night. And we needed the rain bad. The ground suck in the water like it was a dying person. I mean no water standing anywhere so kids can not ran and jump in them and I know it rain hard for I was up at the time.

took around 60 photos of the flowers and some bees but throw away over halve of them for been out of focus

Bee shots are difficult for me too. By the time I get one within range, the camera focused and I start to click...it flies off. That's how I came to take flower pictures... trying to take shots of bees and getting nothing more than a nicely focused flower. These are gorgeous flowers and you did a superb job with pov.

Hahaha! Yellowjackets stay still a lot longer than bees. I think bees suffer from Attention Deficit Disorder as they never stay in focus. But hey, flowers are the exact opposite and I hope this is the start of a new Jocko trend: you do flower photography incredibly well. I love the colors and the details.
