Maellasia's arrogance got her killed. It got her sister, Cyanida killed as well. Or did it?

The Night Raptors left their bodies in the hands of Rauvaen Do'ana and Caethyr Vyn. The agreement was that the two Lolth hating Deep Delvers would dispose of the bodies in a place where even Lolth couldn't find them, the bottomless cracks of the Pit of Despana, rumored to open into the very bowels of the Abyss and feed Kiriansalee's realm. But they did not expect nor could they know of Kiriansalee's twisted intentions. She took Maellasia's body and soul and stripped her flesh and turned her into Quth'marren. But Cyanida was another matter. Without Drow villains to prompt the do-gooders who'd done this little favor for Her, Kiriansalee might never attain her ultimate goal, the ultimate and final destruction of Lolth. So, to keep the attack dogs interested, she returned Cyanida, her memory of the event altered, and her life, her soul, and her faith still quite intact.

What would a decade long quest for all the lost artifacts of Lolth be without an Anti-Paladine of Lolth to goad adventurers into action? So Maellasia's sister stumbled out of the Northwestern UnderDark, naked and alone, knowing only that the Night Raptors had taken all she had and killed her sweet sister. Yeah, sweet like spider venom.
