Thank you for stopping for a closer look. Any and all comments are welcome and appreciated. With the economy the way it is these days, this might be all we can afford as a retirement home. It is listed as a fixer-upper. :) PS don't anyone tell Glenda, I'm hoping she will be suprized. :) Jim
