Description

Hi everyone, been playing somewhat and modifying Imperium over the last few days. Still working on defense systems and docking vehicles so a lot more to do yet so any ideas let me know they will be gratefully received. Imperium star class terra cruiser engines: Dark Matter drive. Dark matter: First successful harvesting occured at *Atira Propulsion Technologies* in New Austin in 2065 by Dr Andrew Folling andProffessor Mark Burrows. Their radical idea's led to the creation of the orbiting space generator *Hyperion* which in 2074 produced 80% of the world energy needs. The second generator which became operational in 2080 marked the beginning of a world without pollution along with cheap, reliable and sustainable power for all. Dark Matter Drive: *Atira Propulsion Technologies* applied a modified version of the *Hyperion* reactor to the *International Star Craft* *Titanium 1* which in 2094 began its journey to Proxima Centauri, a distance of 4.24 light years from our own sun. This voyage would take 10 years and mark the beginning of mans step into the unknown reaches of the universe. Imperium Star Class Terra Cruiser. Using the principles gained from its earlier technologies *A.P.T* created the latest generation of Dark Matter Drives *Nova* which on its first run in 2120 touched 94.5% of the speed of light. With 2 of these drives *Imperium* has its views on the horizon and what lays beyond. The absolute speed limit for this drive has yet to be released. Modelled in Rhino and Bryce 4, rendered in Bryce 4 post work and signature psp. Backdrop image from some old folder i have on my old drives, planet taken from same folder full of so many images i have no recollection where they came from or when they were made so thankyou who ever it was when ever it was as i cannot for the life of me remember if i made it or not...senility has struck LOL. Lens flares and streaks added with Universe. Hope you all have a wonderful weekend, and thankyou for the get well messages, im on a LOT of tablets now and my face and eye are recovering. Thankyou for taking a look, best viewed full size. Peace to you all, Steve :)

Now that is what I call modeling!!!! WOW, this is just excellent Bro, you have a flair for the dramatic and the ship leaving earths orbits is just outstanding!!! And people say that you cannot model using Bryce, well this is a perfect example of what Bryce can do in the right hands. All the best to you Kat and the crew, David

Excellent work my friend, David said it well, this is a fine example of Bryce modelling, very nicely dense in detail with all of those beautifully modeled panels and assemblies.
