Description
I liked the figures that I did in Poser for the image I posted last week, so here they are again. The story emerged as I put the image together, so I hope you don't think I'm cheating using them twice!
Many thanks to bigbraader and Vintorix, who took the time to sort out my crisis with producing partial renders in Vue for compositing. This one takes full advantage of their excellent advice.
With the exception of the dog, which is a Tiny's Mutt from CP and only renders in Poser, all the components were rendered in Vue. The figures, tree bark and sunbeams were then overpainted in PS. The arch ruins and plants are all from C3D, the elderly gent and tack from Daz, the CWRW horse tex from here.

What a wonderful day to be treated with an original work of art by an hithero unknown (to the great world) painter! The work is right in class with the old masters, Constable and Turner not excluded.
