As an ecologist working in conservation in Africa, I've been lucky enough to work in some of the continent's most amazing wildlife areas - a source of great inspiration to me. But I've always wanted to spend more time on visual creative expression, and Daz's products (Studio, Hexagon and Bryce) gave me an avenue to do this. I have more recently begun working with Blender and Unreal Engine 4, both wonderful, powerful creative platforms. I hope I can use these tools for interesting artistic expression and to provide worthwhile and different perspective on appreciation and awareness of the natural world.
Here is one video I made with a 3D rhino delivering a vital message:

Fantastic render. Perfect depiction, perhaps a few more dents in the breastplate. He's one of my fav Discworld characters.

Thanks for the positive comments folks! Good idea to add some dents and perhaps some other signs of wear and tear to Vimes' Kit, Prae. Yes I'll work on Vetinari and other favourite DW characters. Have done Cpt. Carrot (not posted here) but he's a bit too macho and I've not quite captured his mix of vast ability and honest innocence.

Fantastic looking character!

Great! Another Pratchett fan! I think this is an excellent start! Depending on the time period, I agree that a bit more "wear and tear" would be in order. I really like the choice of hair, the bone structure and build. An early Vimes might be more grizzled and bloodshot but this might be more toward his reformed self. Can't wait to see more! Cheers.
