Description
Another corner from Graz. It looks like a medieval palimpsest, A manuscript made of papyrus or parchment, that has been written on more than once, with the earlier writing incompletely erased and often legible. Has someone 'written' the pin-up hugging her teddy bear and a black and white dog is threatening her with his leash, cut by the turquoise squirrel'scissors? I don't know whether the squirrel, painted on a light blue fish-like monster, belongs to the pin-up's story or not, whether he's saving her or he's simply taking a petty revenge on the dog. I can't say whether the squirrel is the tag of the same writer who 'wrote' the pin-up and the dog as well as the fine soldier in Corner No.1, which looks begging him. What's sure is that soemone glued a notice saying 'I hate the turquoise squirrel' over his head.
Thanks for your kind comments.

Wonderful capture.

Maybe the Teddy is not enough to keep her warm and the squirrel might be a nice new outfit for her ? ... or she just hasn't grown up and needs her Mummy, right now ! or there might be a big bad wolf lurking around the corner ? whatever ? very controversial 'Lolita' subject! well spotted, Sandra - let's hope there are many more corners for you to find for us ... She looks very vulnerable. Perhaps the squirrel is trying to free the dog? Wonderfully serreal wall art. Fantastic capture.

Very nice work on this graffiti. It really tells more than one story and you've captured them all in a very personal way.

The original photoshop (or GIMP if you are a cheap bastard like myself). Layers over layers. Ideas after ideas, telling a story that is relevant only to the moment a new concept was added. Interesting shot.

very surreal capture

Thanks for translating the sign. Your narratives add so much to your images, which are excellent to begin with. A fascinating, colorful, and complex wall. Great capture.
