Description
Another corner from Graz. It looks like a medieval palimpsest, A manuscript made of papyrus or parchment, that has been written on more than once, with the earlier writing incompletely erased and often legible. Has someone 'written' the pin-up hugging her teddy bear and a black and white dog is threatening her with his leash, cut by the turquoise squirrel'scissors? I don't know whether the squirrel, painted on a light blue fish-like monster, belongs to the pin-up's story or not, whether he's saving her or he's simply taking a petty revenge on the dog. I can't say whether the squirrel is the tag of the same writer who 'wrote' the pin-up and the dog as well as the fine soldier in Corner No.1, which looks begging him. What's sure is that soemone glued a notice saying 'I hate the turquoise squirrel' over his head.
Thanks for your kind comments.

Ah, Chip says it so much better than I could. Yes, this is oddly beautiful, and a story in itself. Brilliant capture, Sandra.
