Description

As a follow up to Crazy Horse these carvings are much smaller but nonetheless spectacular. From left to right George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Theodore Roosevelt and Abraham Lincoln. This shrine is also in the Black Hills.

Mate you've ruined another mountain! Nah just kidding!! It's an amazing piece of carving, and 'North By Northwest' is one of my favorite movies. Great job on this.

It doesn't show up in this photo, but my favorite thing about these carvings is the way they were able to do Roosevelt's eyeglasses. Astonishing artwork! This is a wonderful image. I'm looking forward to more photos from your trip! :)

Great shot, and also an important monument. When asked about Geronimo and his plight, Teddy Roosevelt replied, "I'd have done exactly the same thing, resisted to the very end."

I was there years ago, I think I was 11, and I still remember it so well, I would so much love to go back again. Thank you so much for sharing this beautifully captured monument.
