Description

Since I'm completely stunned by Geoff's photos of extremely beautiful Tasmania (see geoffwoods gallery!), I finally had the guts trying to "fake" a Tasmanian landscape with TG2. A photo of Hazards Beach with its rock formations inspired me to give it a first try. Geoff, I know you'll be laughing because I'm sure the background mountains are too high or just not realistic, as well as a lot of other things in this image, but my TG2 skills are limited so please book it unter "artistic freedom". :) Since there'll be a neverending inspiration from your photos, I'm planning to do a series of fake Tasmania. Thanks people for your kind comments on my previous render, c&c always very much appreciated.

I'm sure Turner never apologised for his artistic interpretation, and neither should you, Sue. Another highly accomplished render.

And they are right Geoff's not laughing. This is stunning as usual and I long for atmosphere such as this. I don't if you know but there is a group of granite peaks named the Hazards at Freycinet National Park on the east coast of Tasmania. You should be very very proud of this Susanne. This is a brilliant piece of work and you have truly humbled me. I am deeply honoured. Geoff.
