This is absolutely stunning on several levels, Monica. First, she is easily as alluring as any depictions I have seen of Odin's twelve handmaidens. Second, the ethereal feel of the piece seems in my mind to embody the role of the Valkyrie in escorting the slain to Valhalla (or in this case, the promised land). Third, just in the context of art alone it is an outstanding effort. You have the antebellum costume down solid up to and including the bonnet. I am reminded of one of several possible scenes from 'Gone With the Wind'. Outstanding work, Monica!
