This is another pic taken a few weeks ago on a farm that is, quite literally, a stones throw from home. I had been asked by the farmer to take a few pictures of life on the farm over a years time to feature in a calendar (probably for 2013 release) and one of the highlights of which is the spring lambs. I'm not yet sure if this one will be in the chosen selection though.
This mother and young pair were captured at the end of the day with the nearly setting sun causing the colour of the fleece.
Postwork includes a slight boost in colour saturation and just a touch of dodge and burn to show the fleece textures a little better.
