Bonjour,
I have the pleasure to submit you the new works ‘s paintings .Always around of the them “Eternal Return” ‘s F.W. NIETZSCHE and my symbolist approach.
Why alleys in town or village ? When one walk or move along to roads or motorways ,we go from point to an other point. It’s all ! It’s little. Into the alleys ,one look , one lose one’s way ,one turn and return ,… etc … With pleasure or unpleasure ,with happiness or as well suffering. The world with the life of peoples from all countries ,all believes ,all superstitions ,tragedies , happinesses, arts,….etc…The colors of the live .
I have tried to translate this idea. “ If the life don’t you love, love the life..”…..
Outcomes my yearly travels in Morocco and Egypt ,I have used my villages or little towns ‘s memories.

toujours ce cheminement vers une portes qui peut s'ouvrir sur une autres portes,ou sur rien,voire rester fermee,dans tout les cas,il n'y a aucunes reponses derrieres les portes,juste de nouvelles questions!! superbe tableau!

I just love the light in this one. You've used it to such good effect, drawing us in as she is drawn in. The plant anchors us in reality, keeps us as only spectators while she continues on her journey. Such fine work, my friend!

Some say that blue means healing, love, peace...and i really love the colours and the light here very much! For me, the plant with warm colours contrasting, means what is already left behind. But still a door, to go through:)... and more challenges...more mistery and the magic of the unknow in this journey. Very interesting the quote of Camus, in your words...A thought provoking image and Another great painting from you, Jean!Bravo!!!

Magnifique ruelle toute bleue, comme le vêtement du personnage, même la porte au fond est bleue...seulement un petit escalier à gravir, mais la porte est fermée......cette peinture me donne une impression de calme et d'harmonie.
