marvellous and colorful painting of an abandoned city where just the souls are left irring around. The sky is fabulous and the overall mood is spooky. This is a landscape that was influenced by ancient Romans, Arabs, Berber and Phoenecians - you feel the wings of history! Great work!

Yes, we often want to imagine who were the people from the past who walked along the streets, passages and places we know very well. We sometimes feel their spirits are all around and we have strong wish to see them to talk to them. This image is perfect example of the way we can communicate with them, though physical possibilities are cut (see the cut wires up there on the right). There is not limits for artistic expression of this particular wish. Apart from this, I like very much the choice of color gamma and warm tones and the extraordinary poumarede-an atmosphere always present in this narrow streets in towns of Morocco or Egypt. Marvelous composition! Congratulations my dear friend.

The fractal-like sky is a wonderful idea. It resembles the natural storms of the region as well as being reflective of the change and turmoil that hangs over all of the Arab world these days. The snapped wires bring this disruption to the local scene.

I love very much the tranquility of your scene. It seems a solitary promenade, but for me, is more a recognition of the place with another view...and let me think that we are really all together in this... The choose of the warm colours is perfect and beautiful as well the curling movement of the light above. Once more, a challenge to imagination and a great piece of art, Jean ! Bravo!
