Description
Tennessee is said to have passed new bill that one can be sued/go to jail for posting a picture online that offends or intimidates someone
I guess I better not go back to the beautiful state, since I always tend to offend people
any way she is always posting beautiful barns for us.
I took this in rural Oklahoma
thanks for watching and be offended if you will, but I hope not

Nice pic of this cool old structure Richard. Shocked to here they would pass something like that as this could snowball into a big mess

É quase que inacreditável que isto ocorra meu amigo... Alguém no forum comentou que lembra Equilibriun é fato..Uma captura sensível e maravilhosa que nos traz uma tranquilidade a alma, aplausos (5)

Great scene my friend. I'm here in Tennessee too. Oklahoma has some of the greatest barns and fields. Driving that big truck took me through there many, many times.

I live in Tn also, haven't heard of this bill though I do recall something on the news about an internet bill that had wording too broad. Sometimes they pass things quickly even though they know they need more work on the wording so later on they go back and revise revise revise. This was maybe a knee-jerk reaction to photos mean teens post up of their class mates which cause distress as well as an extra law to lay on to pornographers or near-pornographers... idk. Seems like most laws they pass are redundant, there are generally laws already in place to cover the issues but they are not enforced. The so-called hate-crime laws for instance. You kill someone, you've killed them and should be punished, doesn't matter whether it was racial or social or religious. All that aside, nice shot, I sure do miss my OK. =)

Interesting bill. "Tennessee Bans Posting 'Offensive Images' Online" . I'm sure one senator would be in big trouble if he lived in Tennessee, lol. Nice capture. Aloha

A very emotional charged scene! If that old building could talk, imagine the stories it could tell! A most excellent photo and marvelous capture, Richard! Most excellent, and no, I don't take offense at this one either!!!!!

Gorgeous countryside OK has! I could see TN being offended by this, since it is not their land. Ridiculous Bill! I see a costly court case going all the way to the Supreme Court, ending with them wishing they had never passed it!
