Dizzying PoV, cool Shot. I visited some local friends I made while in Bangkok in their Apt, man their apartments are Small and Spartan but they all seem to have Balconies. You should see (maybe you have)the Hi Rise Apts in Hong Kong, staggering. **Peace88

I love those balconies, and the pov is outstanding! The composition is a bit static to my eye -- a bit too central to the image -- and I would have brightened this up a bit. Perhaps brightness and saturation? I will be the first to admit those are artistic preferences. However, I know you're looking for that sort of feedback, so there's mine. I don't know how much you like to do in camera and how much postwork you're willing to perform, so that might all be moot. But given that you can't go back and take this photograph over again, that's all I can offer! :) Definitely an eye-catching image. Good stuff!

What a sight! So, are the blue balconies more expensive than the red ones? I know in terms of stars, blue is hotter so it stands to reason that in terms of apartments/balconies a similar rule might apply. Then again, maybe not. I love the POV here as well as the sense of geometry; its the geometric vibe that really grabs me, and in conjunction with the color, it's super! This is really fantastic work.

@auntietk yes, thank you! exactly this is what i am looking in a photo community. Yes, you are right: it got too dark in the shadows. As this picture is with my first (serious) digicam (Casio Ex-Z750) and does not make auto bracketing i measured on the sky not to overexposure. As it is handheld i didn't make more exposures and at that time i had no clue some programs can auto arrange more pictures to make exposure blending or HDR. Lighten up in photoshop brings me a lot of non-removable noise in the dark areas. Saturation is a good thought, might give a more poppy look, have to try. Target in final composition was to get the building edges directly in the lower corners. this resulted the symmetrical centered appearance. What i am missing till now, would be a refreshing tilt to angle it different. Next time in Bangkok will experiment with this object.

I like the graphical approach and the contrast between the sharp lines of the building and the fluffy clouds!
