I like Stonehenge. It's a pity people have to see it from some distance nowadays. I've known the time when one could touch the stones. It's the privilege of being very old .:o)))) Have you visited the Orkneys, wonderful megalthic sites there. Cheers Odile

Only 90 miles aways? You are blessed. It was on my must see in a lifetime list and I got to do so last summer. Got on a tour by a local archeologist so got to go inside, was well worth the experience. This is a good shot, rich spring colors and you have hidden the chain fence well. Taking requests? How about the Longbarrow next?
