Description

These are actually part of the lyrics I wrote for a song some years ago. Sitting at a campfire on a cold bushveld night Hearing the distant roar of a lion calling his mate The brightness of stars in the vast desert sky Watching an eagle on his first freedom flight Graceful and bold in the dawn's early light These are the moments of life The endless onslaught of waves on a rocky shore The sudden burst of sunlight after a thunderstorm The beauty of dewdrops on a spider's web The naked branches of a leadwood tree Etched against the backdrop of a sunset sky These are the moments of life. Locking eyes across a room with that special one A sunflower field with their faces turned to the sun Watching in wonder the birth of a brand new day The fresh smell of soil after the first spring rain The dazzling run of springbuck across a plain These are the moments of life.

Amazing to see in this capture, the light through the center of the trunk of the tree. A feeling of warmth, low sun shining on the water, and love everywhere behind. So much refined in an appearance captured. I love your moment of life, love your words, the lyric. A pity I cannot hear singing it. Dear Carin you have the talent ♥
