Description

Well cars carry them, so do trucks, pretty much any mode of transportation carries some form of spare tire or parts in the case of breakdown. Ships are no different as they to breakdown sometimes at the most inconvenient of times it seems and need to be repaired like anything else. So what we have here is a spare blade for a propeller that can be replaced if one of the prop blades becomes damage or what ever reason. Some ships have on board a complete machine shop replete with lathes and every tool imaginable for at sea repairs..............thanks for the peek
