Description

Stucco walls and built-in benches at an Arizona home done in Southwest architecture. The benches looked uncomfortable to me. If you want to sit here and look at the view, maybe you should bring a pillow. Otherwise, this is just an abstract. :)

For some reason or the other, this looks David Lynchian to me. God only knows what's hiding in those shadows! ;-)

I love that adobe construction; I wanted to do that in the worst way in my house in California. I somehow don't think it would work up here in the rainy northwest, though. Can't have your home dissolving around you! This is so lovely, and illustrates the smooth lines that are the hallmark of adobe. Beautifully captured in your inimitable style!

Beautiful both ways, abstract or home. A marvellous opportunity for masses of textiles and cushions in a houselike this. Also quite edible..are you certain this isn't marshmallow?

Maybe its the color but I was thinking candles or cheese. Some colorful pillows would be great.

I just love that warm, reddish color - I could dig having a house built with this stuff... Beautiful abstract, Tara!

Marvelous abstract, though it could also be Martian architecture, if there was ever any architecture on Mars...I think it's that ruddy color and the smooth, clean feel of this (okay, Mars is dusty, but you never get that vibe whenever you're reading a Ray Bradbury story about Mars.) I love the strokability of this shot. Those surfaces are just...well...perfectly captured and very, nicely tactile.
