Description

This is my 500th posting. This is also my favorite image from my visit to the nature center. I dedicate this image to Andrea (durleybeachbum) and Mario (mariogiannecchini) both of whom I consider Masters of the Macro here in this little corner of Renderosity. They are a constant source of inspiration and envy and their example pushes me to do better. I thank them for their friendship and their superb talent. You really should visit their galleries. Their work is a treat for the eyes.

You're preaching to the choir here. I agree 100%. Wonderful image and dedication! Superb macro! Excellent detail, composition, and light! I love the detail and light on his hair! Congratulations for "Tam O'Shanter" being chosen for LWIG. I haven't commented on that one yet, but I will. Another fantastic shot!
