Description

With its fireworks also Etna does his best wishes to my dear friend Alida! Happy Birthday, Alida! :) Here, her splendid gallery! http://www.renderosity.com/mod/gallery/browse.php?user_id=465849 In the picture of yesterday, I had said that Etna had calmed down... and instead no! During the evening and night, the explosions of lava and explosions have taken the great... you can see that great flow! Now he has calmed down again... but until when?? Have a great Sunday and a splendid week! :) Thanks for looking and for previous comments and favourites!

Gosh you can really see the activity lit up in this super night capture. I hope it calms down for good soon and you can get back to normal. Great shot.

I looked up Mt Etna's history and saw that in 1983, they diverted lava flows from populated areas with earthworks. I didn't know they could do that. Beautiful shot of the earth's fury. Stay safe!

Fantastic and beautiful capture, Maria. I think Etna is more pretty than fireworks. Especially at nightfall. Because she is not man made, she is real and very beautiful. I know she keep you busy with the broom now and then :) I hope she will never get really violent. I don't even dare to think about the massive destruction she can cause in a big eruption.+5
