Hello and Welcome. This is my corner at Renderosity and I have to say, I really love it here. Everyone is so helpful and supportive, it is just amazing to me. There isn't much to say about me, except I love art, I've always done it in one form or another and always will. I want to say thank you to everyone that supports me with comments, I haven't been very active here for awhile, dealing with some elder parent issues combined with a lot of overtime at work, really has made it difficult to keep up. I just wanted everyone to know that I do truly appreciate all the kindness here and will continue to pop in now and then. Thank you so very much.

Oh, I just love genre-crossings! They're like border crossings without the need for passports. Wait, you don't need passports when you cross from one genre to another, do you? I'd hate to think that I've been crossing illegally! I might find myself in a Kafkaesque nightmare outside of a castle with no way in, only to find out that someone is on trial for a crime committed in a different genre that doesn't really exist...and while I'm rambling on, almost-sensibly, about genres, I should say that you have a definite sensibility that serves science fiction well. I love the genre, and I'm dismayed by the fact that it's moved so far away from what it's truly capable of doing: I mean, science fiction is supposed to show us the alien even if alien happens to be our own world, viewed from a different perspective. You've captured that so perfectly and with subtlety and grace. I love the ambiguity of this image; there's nothing to tell us whether this is a peaceful or a hostile encounter. It is, most definitely, alien...and therefore beyond interpretation to a degree. It wouldn't be alien if it could be easily interpreted, and you captured that so beautifully! This is super work. And as for the even as it's taking place, it looks like the crome-plated Medusanoids (huh? Medusanoids?) don't really care that a human is observing them. They're apparently very busy doing something else that we can't even see...that's my take. And I must say that I'd love to see more of your excursions into the science fictional world! You've created a wonder here.

Wonderful sci-fi. You are really good at it. The lighting is so unusual and perfect. I love her expression, very intense. More, more!

Fabulous! It makes me think about the first alien encounter in James Cameron's Abyss!
