Description

I've finally gotten my head around dynamic cloth, thanks to some key pointers given me by KobaltKween. And with that, Poser all of a sudden became fun again. One of the issues I've been having is with conforming cloth: one is truly limited in how far one wants to go with posing. Sitting is always a nightmare: skirts look ridiculously unrealistic and pants get these massive bulges: let's not even go there. So, all our models are either standing or lying flat. Or are nude. No, dynamic cloth isn't easy. Nor is it perfect. But my *stars* it's a massive improvement over conforming. There are all sorts of things I'm going to try now. This little summer, oh summer beach dress number by Yanelis3D is just one of them!

Robyn, you don't post too often but when you do, it's something so awe-inspiring and beautiful such as this lovely render here. Of course, it is best seen in full view and you are right about dynamic outfit. It is not so easy to get along with them as I had been through a lot of trials and errors just to get how I really want it to look like. The folds and how this outfit was fitted on V4 turned out like magic. She looks vivaciously sweet with her pose and that coy smile. I can see a lot of Robyn likeness here. Just love to see your post, hope to see some more in the future. :-)

Looks like you have truly mastered dynamic cloth here. Beautifully posed. The quality of lighting used to bring out both material and skin texture makes this a very impressive render!

oh, i can't believe how far behind on comments i am. i have to say, i'm always amazed by what you do with water. i can't even get it to play that nicely with IDL. and this pose and sim work so well together. i'd go on, but you've really surpassed this by miles already.
