Description

Sorry I haven't been commenting the past few days. I am attempting to learn (OMG) something new, working on texturing models. And believe me, it isn't easy for this old dog to learn new tricks. I don't mutitask, so so have devoted my time and limited attention span to learning the basics. I know this isn't a great model, but have a look... I will comment on all the images I've negected in a day or two. Thanks for looking

Nice job man. I don't do character stuff in 3d so don't know about that but in MoJo and MB3d I think half the battle with textures is Lighting. Look at it this way, your lighting is always superb so you're halfway there to start with. Peace

You have her lit well. Ya that texturing models is a bit difficult tolearn. I have a few half finished one in my WIP folder. Hope to find enough time someday to finish them. Very time consuming work this making characters and texturing. Good Luck!

a complete different route you are taking and i say its good for old dogs to learn,because the brain cells are getting in gear again,because you know as good as i do that a lot of things we do is automatisms and thats not soo good.changing the way of working or creating is a good idea my man,and i woud say so far you are doing great.

Hey,nice one ! The skin texture is quite good and i like the eye reflexions a lot. Just to quibble, maybe adding a little bit specularity on the lips would help for a more 'glossy' effect.
