Description

Photo taken from a helicopter, flying over the falls was a once in a life time experience. Due to the huge amount of rain during the rainy season in the area, the water level was still very high, the highest since 20 years!! We made in May 2011 a trip through the southern part of Africa ( RSA, Botswana, Zimbabwe and Namibia) , we did not have had one single raindrop during 1 ½ month traveling in the area, however we had our part of the rain in the so called “Dutch Summer”, it is over here in The Netherland such a lousy summer, as we haven’t had often over the last 60 years.
