*"Paradise" comes from an old persian word 'pairidaesa' meaning a garden surrounded with walls.

...harassés, mais enfin désaltérés, les voyageurs dînent paisiblement sous les tentes montées dans la palmeraie...une sentinelle surveille le venue de chacals éventuels. La nuit est claire, la température point trop fraîche permettra aux caravaniers et à leurs montures, de se reposer efficacement ! demain faudra-t-il peut être repartir ?

Night lighting can be tricky, but you did a marvelous job here, dear O.! And thank you for the disclosure about the origin of the word "paradise", that was new for me, and pretty exciting to know... Love the coziness made by the light coming from the tents in this scene, it makes such a stunning effect together with the deep blue of the surrounding rocks, sand dunes and the starry sky...
