Description

Hi alltogether! "The early bird catches the worm", do you know this old refrain? No, I hate it to stand up early in the morning. but what should you do after a sleepness night? So I took my camera very early in the morning and followed the river Spree, where I am living, into the heart of the city.... A very fine idea with stunning results! The rivers lies there as a silver mirror beside and creates wonderful reflections; there are some jogger doing their program; all the "beach" bars and tourist traps are empty now, the city is only mine - what a wonderful experience! Maybe stuff for a whole series or an exhibition.... I started my tours at 5.00 A.M or 5.30 A.M. and worked till 8.00 A.M. or 8.30.A.M. Later at the morning the locations were to much frequented by people. This scene here shows an empty street directly in the middle of Berlin near Gendarmenmarkt. It was taken at 5th August 2011 at 6.50 A.M. Enjoy! friends, thanks for your comments for my last pic, there were a lot of them! wow da bist aber wirklich früh auf !!würde ich wohl nicht schaffen es sei denn ich komme vom dienst in der früh, aber ist eine tolle friedliche Atmosphäre kann ich mir denken...schön eingefangen den frühen sonnenschein und ich mag sehr diese alten häuser !!
